FAQ

• What's the usual discount for group purchases?

  The usual group discount ranges from a 10%-50% discount. The discount depends on the performance and show time selected.

• How many people would make up a group?

  Unless otherwise noted, a minimum of ten (10) tickets purchased qualify as a group sale.

• Once purchased, how do I get my tickets?

  Your tickets will be mailed after payment is received.

• Is the group discount available for all events?

  Group discounts are available only for select performances. CLICK HERE to view available performances.

• What type of payment is accepted for a Group Sale?

  Check, cash, or credit card (MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER) payments are accepted.
  Please make all checks payable to Arts Center Enterprises - New Orleans, LLC.

• Does our group need to purchase tickets in the same price level?

  The entire group does not need to purchase tickets in the same price level or sit together as long as the minimum purchase totals 10 or more tickets purchased at once via the Group Sales program.

• Can I exchange or refund my group tickets?

  All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are made on group tickets purchases.

• What do I do if there is a change in the performance schedule or a performance is cancelled?

  In the event of a change in the performance schedule, the Saenger’s Group Sales Department will inform and give patrons appropriate information regarding the show’s ticketing policies.  If necessary, we will work to satisfactorily reschedule you to another performance to the best of our ability.
