Hours and Location
Conveniently located to the left of the Saenger’s Canal St. entrance, the box office is open to serve you from 12 PM to 4 PM Monday-Friday, with extended hours on show days.

Policies
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Everyone (regardless of age) must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Prices, shows, schedules or artists are subject to change. The Box Office is unable to sell tickets via phone, but the Call Center is available for phone sales Monday-Sunday from 8AM to 8PM. Please note, the box office cannot sell tickets during events for shows other than the event occurring at the time.
Official Ticketing Channels
We strongly urge all patrons to purchase tickets through an official ticketing channel – the Saenger Theatre Box Office, saengernola.com, or Broadway in New Orleans. Tickets obtained from other sources may be stolen or counterfeit and will not be honored.
